The MIC4424YN is a dual high speed MOSFET driver manufactured by Microchip. It features a 3A sink and source current, 3A average output source current, an operating supply voltages up to 24V, and a 4-36V high side floating gate voltage. It is a lead-free, low voltage capable, low quiescent current, P-channel MOSFET device with fast switching speeds (<25ns) and wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +150°C).
