Additional Infomation About Product

The MIC2981/82YWM with Latches Hi-Voltage, Hi-Current Source Driver Array is a lead free device manufactured by Microchip. It is designed to provide low on-resistance at high voltage and high current drive capability. This device features active source left and right inputs, enabling bi-directional signal control from each latch output to the power supply. It also includes an individual latch enable input for each source output, allowing for independent control of each output. With its highly efficient thermal design, the chip is capable of operating at up to 100W. In addition, the driver array can be used in a variety of applications including relay drivers, motor control and industrial automation.
