MIC2775 Micro-Power Voltage Supervisor IttyBitty General Description Features The MIC2775 is a power supply supervisor that provides Monitors power supply for undervoltage conditions undervoltage monitoring, manual reset capability, and Choice of factory-programmed thresholds power-on reset generation in a compact 5-pin SOT Generates 140ms (minimum) power-on reset pulse package. Features include an undervoltage detector, a Manual reset capability delay generator, a manual reset input, and both active- high and active-low reset outputs. The undervoltage Both active-high and active-low reset outputs detector compares V against a fixed threshold. Ten DD /RST output valid down to 1.2V factory-programmed thresholds are available.
