Additional Infomation About Product

The MIC2287CYD5-TR is an LED Lighting Driver manufactured by Microchip and is ideal for use in display backlighting and LED light strips. This LED Driver comes in a 2x2mm, lead-free package and features overvoltage protection (OVP). It is designed to provide high-efficiency, step-down DC/DC conversion, with wide input voltage range of 4.0V–36V, and high output current of 40mA per channel, making it suitable for use with high-brightness LEDs. The adjustable switching frequency of up to 1.2MHz allows for small external components, while integrated short-circuit current protection and thermal shutdown provide added protection. Additionally, the MIC2287CYD5-TR is compatible with PWM dimming, which allows you to control your LED brightness with high precision.
