MIC2211 Micrel, Inc. MIC2211 Dual Cap LDO in 3mm 3mm MLF General Description Features The MIC2211 is a dual Cap low dropout regulator. The rst Input voltage range: 2.25V to 5.5V regulator is capable of sourcing 150mA, while the second Stable with ceramic output capacitor regulator can source up to 300mA. 2 LDO outputs: Output 1 - 150mA output current Ideal for battery operated applications, the MIC2211 offers 1% Output 2 - 300mA output current accuracy, extremely low dropout voltage (80mV 100mA), Low dropout voltage of 80mV 100mA and extremely low ground current (only 48A total). Equipped Ultra-low quiescent current of 48A total (24 A/LDO) with TTL logic compatible enable pins, the MIC2211 can be High output accuracy: put into a zero-off-mode current state, drawing no current +1.0% initial accuracy when disabled. Separate enable pins allow individual control +2.0% over temperature of each output voltage. Thermal shutdown protection The MIC2211 is a Cap design, operating with very small Current limit protection ceramic output capacitors for stability, reducing required Tiny 10-pin 3mm 3mm MLF package board space and component cost. Applications The MIC2211 is available in xed output voltages in the 10-pin 3mm 3mm MLF leadless package.
