MIC2027/2077 Quad USB Power Distribution Switch General Description Features The MIC2027 and MIC2077 are quad high-side MOSFET 150m maximum on-resistance per channel switches optimized for general-purpose power distribution 2.7V to 5.5V operating range requiring circuit protection.
