HV2802/HV2902 Low Harmonic Distortion, 32-Channel SPST, High-Voltage Analog Switch Features General Description 32-Channel SPST (Single-Pole, Single-Throw) The HV2802 and HV2902 are low-charge injection, High-Voltage Analog Switch 32-channel, high-voltage analog switches intended for use in applications requiring high-voltage switching 3.3V or 5.0V CMOS Input Logic Level controlled by low-voltage control signals, such as 20 MHz Data Shift Clock Frequency medical ultrasound imaging, driving piezoelectric High-Voltage CMOS (HVCMOS) Technology for transducers and printers. The HV2902 has integrated High Performance bleed resistors which eliminate voltage build-up on Very Low Quiescent Power Dissipation (10 A) capacitive loads such as piezoelectric transducers. Low Parasitic Capacitance Input data are shifted into a 32-bit shift register that can DC to 50 MHz Analog Signal Frequency then be retained in a 32-bit latch. To reduce any -60 dB Typical OFF-Isolation at 5.0 MHz possible clock feedthrough noise, the latch enable bar should be left high until all bits are clocked in. Data are CMOS Logic Circuitry for Low Power clocked in during the rising edge of the clock. Using the Excellent Noise Immunity HVCMOS technology, this device combines Cascadable Serial Data Register with Latches high-voltage bilateral DMOS switches and low-power Flexible Operating Supply Voltages CMOS logic to provide efficient control of high-voltage Integrated Bleed Resistors on the Outputs analog signals. (HV2902 only) The device is suitable for various combinations of high-voltage supplies, e.g., V /V : +40V/-160V, PP NN Applications +100V/-100V and +160V/-40V.
