HV2605 Low Harmonic Distortion 16-Channel High Voltage Analog Switch Features General Description HVCMOS technology for high performance The Supertex HV2605 is a low charge injection 16-channel high 16-channel high voltage analog switch voltage analog switch integrated circuit (IC) intended for use in 3.3V input logic level compatible applications requiring high voltage switching controlled by low 20MHz data shift clock frequency voltage control signals, such as medical ultrasound imaging and Very low quiescent power dissipation (-10A) other piezoelectric transducer drivers.
