?The MICRF220AYQS-TR RF Receiver is a low power, narrowband 0.3GHz to 0.45GHz RF receiver by Microchip, capable of supporting up to 10kbps with Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK) modulation. It operates at 3.0V to 3.6V and has a low current consumption of 6mA. Included functions are Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) capabilities as well as Shut Down. The MICRF220AYQS-TR RF Receiver has a supply current of 6mA maximum and operates between -25ºC and +85ºC. It has a maximum link optimization distance of 2m and on-chip digital RSSI. The connector is an onboard 4x4mm RF connector with a 50 O impedance board-to-board antenna connection. The device also contains an 8-bit Enhanced Digital IF Receiver for enhanced & reliable performance and is offered in a 14 pin SOIC package. The MICRF220AYQS-TR RF Receiver is suitable for use in wireless remote control applications.
