MIC5363/4 High-PSRR, 300mA, Cap LDO in 1.2mm 1.2mm Thin MLF General Description Features The MIC5363/4 is an advanced, 300mA LDO ideal for 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range powering general purpose portable devices requiring a 300mA output high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The MIC5363/4 High output accuracy : 2% integrates a high-performance, 300mA LDO into a tiny Low quiescent current : typically 38A 1.2mm x 1.2mm Thin MLF package. Stable with 1F ceramic capacitors The MIC5363/4 is designed to reject input noise and provide a low output noise regulator with fast transient High PSRR (70dB 1kHz) response to respond to any load change quickly. The Low dropout voltage : 225mV at 300mA MIC5364 also incorporates an active discharge feature Thermal-shutdown protection that switches a 30 NFET from VOUT to GND to Current-limit protection discharge output capacitors when the part is disabled. Active Output discharge circuit : MIC5364 The MIC5363/4 is available in fixed output voltages in 6-pin 1.2mm x 1.2mm Thin MLF package lead-free (RoHS-compliant) 6-pin 1.2mm x 1.2mm Thin MLF leadless package.
