Additional Infomation About Product

The MIC2287YD5-TR is a standard-efficiency, PWM-controlled synchronous buck regulator manufactured by Microchip. It is capable of up to 1.5A output current and has a 4V to 24V input range. The MIC2287YD5-TR is capable of providing a wide range of output voltages from 0.6V to 21V. It is RoHS-compliant and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The MIC2287YD5-TR features a fixed 400kHz frequency, making it ideal for applications with moderate noise requirements. It also provides accurate current-limit protection, as well as output and input over-voltage protection, for reliable system system operation.
