The Memcor VL10-560 is a submersible, drumscreen wastewater filter designed to allow easier monitoring and maintenance of effluent systems. It uses a combination of mechanical separation and filtration, featuring a rotating drumscreen module to remove larger suspended solids, followed by microscreen (fabric) filters to capture finer particulate matter. The unique design of the VL10-560 provides high efficiency separation, minimizing the impact of suspended solids on downstream processes and improving the performance of wastewater treatment systems. The unique pressure rating and flow-through design of the VL10-560 allow increased flow rates, compressing operational footprint space. The VL10-560 is ideal for a variety of wastewater treatment applications and is available in 6", 10", and up to 20" sizes.
