MLX90367 Triaxis Position Sensor IC Datasheet The MLX90367 is a monolithic sensor IC sensitive to the flux density applied orthogonally and Features and Benefits parallel to the IC surface. Triaxis Hall Technology The MLX90367 is sensitive to the three On Chip Signal Processing for Robust Absolute components of the flux density applied to the IC (i.e. B , B and B ). This allows the MLX90367 with Position Sensing X Y Z the correct magnetic circuit to decode the Simple Magnetic Design absolute position of any moving magnet (e.g. Programmable Measurement Range rotary position from 0 to 360 Degrees or linear Programmable Linear Transfer Characteristic displacement, stroke). It enables the design of (Multi-points) novel generation of non-contacting position sensors that are frequently required for both SENT output (according to SAE J2716-2010) automotive and industrial applications. 12 bit Resolution - 10 bit Thermal Accuracy 48 bit ID Number option MLX90367 provides SENT Frames encoded Single Die SOIC-8 Package RoHS Compliant according the Throttle sensor format or Secure Dual Die (Full Redundant) TSSOP-16 Package Sensor format. The circuit delivers enhanced serial messages providing error codes, and user-defined RoHS Compliant values.
