MLX90367 Triaxis Position Sensor IC Datasheet The MLX90367 is a monolithic sensor IC sensitive to the flux density applied orthogonally and Features and Benefits parallel to the IC surface. Triaxis Hall Technology The MLX90367 is sensitive to the three On Chip Signal Processing for Robust Absolute components of the flux density applied to the IC (i.e. B , B and B ). This allows the MLX90367 with Position Sensing X Y Z the correct magnetic circuit to decode the Simple Magnetic Design absolute position of any moving magnet (e.g. Programmable Measurement Range rotary position from 0 to 360 Degrees or linear Programmable Linear Transfer Characteristic displacement, stroke). The circuit delivers enhanced serial messages providing error codes, and user-defined RoHS Compliant values.
