The ECC56283EU with 600O@100MHz Plugin Ferrite Beads ROHS manufactured by Meled is a special electronic part. It is a type of filter designed to decrease the levels of electrical interference caused by electromagnetic or radio frequency energy. It works by providing a path for the interference energy to the ground. The resistor in the bead limit the amount of current being dissipated by the part, and the capacitance of the resistor and the inductance of the beads reduce the effect of the interference. The ferrite material used helps to provide better performance by trapping harmful frequencies. The 600Ohm@100MHz is for impedance rating, which indicates how much of the EMI energy is attenuated and absorbed at certain frequencies as the signal passes through the bead. This part is ROHS certified, meaning it is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances regulations.
