The MBI6655GSB with LED Drivers SOT-89-5 RoHS is a small outline transistor (SOT) package with LED drivers produced by Monolithic Power Systems (MBI) that is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive. This LED driver features an open drain output, adjustable switching frequency up to 25 kHz, and a wide input voltage range from 4.5 V to 40 V. It is ideal for driving multi-channel LED arrays in automotive, billboard, and industrial applications. It also offers a low operating current and a high voltage rating. The device has current control accuracy and short-circuit protection, as well as over-temperature protection and thermal shutdown.
