Additional Infomation About Product

The SP202EEN-L/TR is part of a series of high performance RS232 transceivers from MaxLinear able to transfer data at up to 120 kbps. The SP202EEN-L/TR is packaged as an NSOIC-16, a plastic plastic encapsulated chip with a lead pitch of 0.150 inches (3.81 mm), 16 pins, and a maximum panel mounting size of 6.2 mm × 6.2 mm. This part complies with EIA/TIA-232F, V.28, and V.24 standards, providing full duplex asynchronous communications with balanced lines. It has ESD protection of up to 6 kV (HBM). It also has built-in hysteresis, wide dynamic range, and low EMI radiation so that it can be used in a variety of environments. Additionally, this part has an integrated current limiting solution, providing up to 220mA for easy integration into many RS232 systems.
