MX7672 High-Speed 12-Bit ADC With External Reference Input Part General Description Features The MX7672 is a 12-bit, high-speed, BiCMOS, analog-to- Plug-In Replacement for AD7672 digital converter (ADC) that performs conversions in as 12-Bit Resolution and Accuracy little as 3s while consuming only 110mW of power. The Fast Conversion Time MX7672 is a plug-in replacement for AD7672. MX7672 03 - 3s The MX7672 requires an external -5V reference. A buff- MX7672 05 - 5s ered reference input minimizes reference current require- MX7672 10 - 10s ments and allows a single reference to drive several Operates with +5V and -12V Supplies ADCs. External reference specifications can be chosen Buffered Reference Input to suit the accuracy of the application. The ADC clock can be driven from either a crystal or an external clock source, Low 110mW Power Consumption such as a microprocessor (P) clock.
