. The NSL-5150 is a high-speed data transfer device from Luna Optoelectronics. It is a combination of hybrid optical receiver and transmitter in one integrated package. The device is specially designed to allow high-speed data transfer over long-distance communications networks, such as backbone Ethernet or Fibre Channel. It is typically an optimal solution for LAN/WAN transmission links. The NSL-5150 features a high speed receiver with a sensitivity of -17 dBm and a low noise floor, which allows for improved signal performance in noisy environments. The transmitter also features high-speed differential driver circuits and a wide input voltage range to provide reliable operation in various application conditions.
