Additional Infomation About Product

KLC40 is part of Littelfuse's broad line of semiconductor protection devices. It is a low-power line-side transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect data and telecommunication lines from hazardous transients. The KLC40 has a wide operating voltage of 2 - 40 V and is designed to be used in high-speed data transmission applications, such as CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, MOST and FlexRay networks. The KLC40 also has a low capacitance of 1.4 pF and an ultra-fast response time of 50 ns, making it an ideal choice for automotive applications.
