The LD7750RGR with Switching Controllers SOP7 RoHS manufactured by Leadtrend is an adjustable, monolithic switching regulator consisting of an internal voltage reference, adjustable error amplifier, drive elements and power MOSFETs. It can operate in step-down (buck), step-up (boost) and inverter (flyback) topologies. It also offers protection features such as soft-start, UVLO and over-current sense to protect against inrush current and protect the system from faults. The operating frequency of the regulator can be adjusted from 20 kHz to 500 kHz. It offers a wide input voltage range of 3V to 25V and an adjustable current limit of up to 2A.
