LDS-W-03 is part of the Lambda switching series that is made by Texas Instruments. It is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch capable of operating at frequencies up to 8GHz. It is designed to offer low insertion loss and high linearity, allowing it to be used in a variety of applications such as switching between receivers, transmitters, and antennas. It is packaged in a small, 6-pin package suitable for high-density applications.
