The KIA378R12PI-U/P with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) TO-220IS-4 RoHS is a digital KEC-manufactured linear voltage regulator with a low dropout voltage capable of providing output currents up to 1.2 A. This component is capable of operating continuously over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and includes under-voltage lockout circuitry with hysteresis that prevents erratic operation resulting from low input voltage.
