Additional Infomation About Product

The TL432-0.5% is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator with voltage references 1.25V and 15V ±0.5% made from SOT-23-3 RoHS approved material from Jinyu. This shunt regulator combines two low-temperature coefficient references and produce an adjustable output voltage range between the two reference voltages when an external resistor is adjusted. The high-accuracy reference voltages are temperature-compensated for 2.5mA of output current and 0.5% ±20mV of total accuracy at room temperature. This part offers excellent long-term stability over time, temperature, and power supply. The SOT-23-3 RoHS package ensures long service life and high performance.
