The S8550 is an NPN/PNP transistor manufactured by Jing Heng in a SOT-23 package in accordance with RoHS standards. It is designed for switching and amplifier applications, and is especially suitable for DC and low frequencies. This device allows a low saturation voltage and high current gain, and is made from a high-quality silicon material. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and comes in Pb-free, RoHS compliant packages or MSL level 1. It has a Maximum Collector Emitter Voltage of 40V, a Maximum Collector Base Voltage of 50V, and a Maximum Emitter Base Voltage of 5V, with a Maximum Collector Current of 800mA.
