SD103AWS SBD SOD-323 RoHS is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) manufactured by Jingdao. It is designed to protect against reverse voltage and current in low current applications such as DC-DC converters, switching regulators, power circuits, etc. This RoHS compliant device is supplied in a SOD-323 package with an anode and cathode, as well as a 0.2mm lead pitch for easy soldering. This component has a low forward voltage drop of 0.45V, and a transient surge current rating of up to 1 Amps. It also has a reverse leakage current of up to 30uA.
