MCC72-12io1B is a module manufactured by IXYS Corporation. It is a 12 Amp, IGBT gate driver module with 1 push-pull high- low outputs. The MCC72-12io1B is designed to drive single IGBTs, IPMs, and MOSFETs with a minimum gate resistor of 20 Ohms and with a nominal 12 V gate supply. The module provides a very fast rise time and full turn- on/off waveform. It has a maximum peak output current of up to 25 Amps. The module also provides over temperature and over current protection.
