Additional Infomation About Product

FBO16-12N is part of the IXYS FBO16-12N series of insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs). It is a high-voltage, N-channel IGBT that is designed for low losses in power control and switching applications. This device is a 900V, 16A, 0.151 ohm IGBT with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. This device utilizes IXYS' Trench Gate Field Stop technology, which provides excellent switching performance and reduces losses while improving reliability.
