Additional Infomation About Product

The AiP74HC4053 with Analog Switches SOP-16_150mil RoHS is a 16-pin dual 4-channel multiplexer/demultiplexer integrated circuit (IC) designed by I-core. It is fabricated using their advanced low-power BiCMOS technology for high speed and low power consumption. The AiP74HC4053 contains two independent 4-channel multiplexers/demultiplexers with common select inputs (S and S). When either or both S and S are LOW, all channels of the corresponding multiplexer/demultiplexer are OFF. Each analog switch has an OFF-state leakage current of only 200nA at VS = 5V. The AiP74HC4053’s wide supply voltage range (2V-5.5V) and low on-state resistance of 250O along with 4V-5V bust voltage also make it suitable for use in a variety of applications. This IC is mainly used in analog signal routing, signal gating, and MODEM applications. The AiP74HC4053 is available in RoHS compliant SOP-16_150mil package and is lead-free and green compliants.
