2CLB15KV-450mA with Diodes – General Purpose DO-722 RoHS manufactured by HVDIODE is a High Voltage General Purpose Diode capable of withstanding up to 15,000 volts in reverse bias. It has an amperage rating of 450 mA, making it suited to applications which require high power. It also has a low forward voltage drop of typically 0.15V and is RoHS compliant. This Diode is a DO-722 device, which is a surface mount component suitable for use in high volume applications. Due to its high voltage and power ratings, it is a good choice for high voltage switching power supplies, rectifiers, and crowbar circuit protection.
