Additional Infomation About Product

The LM331M/TR is a precision-temperature-range voltage-to-frequency converter manufactured by HGSEMI. This device employs an 8-pin SOP package that is RoHS compliant. The LM331M/TR can be used as a frequency-to-voltage (F2V) converter or an Analog to Digital Converter (ADC). The device has a linear voltage-to-frequency conversion rate with an accuracy of ±5% over a 0 to 55°C temperature range. It has an internal band gap voltage reference that provides an output frequency range of 10 Hz to 5 kHz. The LM331M/TR offers low power consumption in a wide input voltage range of 36V to 10V. It can convert the input voltage to a frequency with a minimum settling time of 0.4 µs. The performance accuracy of the device is maintained by hysteresis which improves the line and load regulation as well as temperature stability. The hysteresis of the LM331M/TR is programmable with a single external resistor. The chip also has built-in ESD protection which provides reliable operation even in harsh environments.
