Additional Infomation About Product

The KS100N12 with Triac, manufactured by GREEGOO, is a bidirectional thyristor capable of switching up to 100 amperes of alternating current (AC). This part is a three-terminal semiconductor switch housed in a TO209AC package and rated for a blocked voltage of 1.2kV. It has an operating current range from Igt (150mA) to Ifsm (2.7kA). This part features a sensitive gate triggering with good load regulation characteristics in both directions. Its insulated case construction ensures protection from short circuits, overloads and shocks. The thyristor is ideal for applications including motor controls, lighting dimmers, and controlling the current in switch-mode power supplies.
