The GH276 is an electronic part manufactured by GoChip Elec Tech that consist of four SIP-4L RoHS driver ICs. It is used for high-side switching applications and is designed for use in a variety of different kinds of electronic equipment. The GH276 features low on-resistance of about 0.5 Ohm and a high C, low on-state Rds(on) and high peak current capability, making it capable of driving high power loads with losses. This device has built-in logic level shift input, making it compatible with both 3.3V and 5V logic levels, and supports PWM as well as fast logic-level input. It is RoHS compliant and operates from a wide range of voltage, such as 5V, 12V, 15V and 24V.
