Co., LtdThe GH211A Motor Driver TO-94 RoHS is a Switching Motor Driver designed and manufactured by GoChip Elec Tech Co., Ltd. It is RoHS compliant and has short-circuit and overload protections. The device has a power dissipation of 2.45W and a continuous load current of up to 2A. Its input voltage range is 4.5-28V, and its output voltage range is 0-24V. The device is capable of operating in a wide temperature range of -40 to +85°C and has low voltage protection and a thermal shutdown feature. The GH211A is a Metal Oxide Semi-conductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) operating over a frequency range of up to 250KHz. It is available in TO-94 package and provides a cost-effective solution for driving DC motors in a wide range of applications.
