It is a DO-201AD RoHS compliant component and has a voltage rating of up to 200V with a current rating of 3A. Its reverse voltage, at 1V @ 3A, ensures a high degree of reliability and longevity in operation. The HER303 is used to convert AC power into DC power and is ideal for use in power converters, inverters, and rectification circuits.
