groupThe AMS1117-3.3V Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT-223 RoHS is a three-terminal linear voltage regulator manufactured by Fuman group. It is specifically designed to provide a 3.3V output voltage and a low voltage of only 1.2V between the input and output pins, allowing for very low power operation. This device offers up to 800mA of current with a minimum on-resistance of 0.2O and a maximum of 0.4O, ensuring efficient and reliable operation. It also features low dropout and low temperature coefficient, making it ideal for a wide range of output voltage configurations. It is capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C and is RoHS compliant.
