MicroThe FM24C08D-SO-T-G is an 8-kbit (1024-byte) serial CMOS EEPROM device with an SOP-8 package made by Fudan Micro. The FM24C08D-SO-T-G features the popular 2-wire protocol, I2C bus protocol, which allows for high-speed (400KHz) data transfer and low power operation. It uses a single-supply operation and operates over a wide voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V for reading and writing. The device incorporates a variety of features, such as pseudo random address and partial write capability, data security, and low-power operations. It also includes an 8-bit internal address counter for faster sequential reads and writes. The device is compliant to the RoHS Directive and is provided in an SOP-8 package.
