The FP6182-28X7 with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) UTDFN-4L RoHS is a powerful, integrated circuit made by Fitipower. It is a two-channel, fixed-output low-dropout voltage regulator with a low operating voltage of 0.9V to 4.5V. It offers excellent load and line regulation, low noise, excellent PSRR, fast transient response, and low shutdown current. The FP6182-28X7 UTDFN-4L RoHS is available in either a Green-mode 2-pin UTDFN (4-Lead) package, or a standard 3-pin SOT23 (5-Lead) package. It has an on-chip thermal protection feature that prevents overheating and prolonged operation in the event of an output over-current fault. This device also has a power-on reset circuit that helps ensure a clean and steady power supply to the associated circuitry.
