The TP4062PMIC - Battery Management SOT-23-6 RoHS manufactured by Extension Microelectronics is a dual-input series lithium battery charge management controller IC. This device is intended for use in portable devices with single-cell Li-ion batteries. It has two channels: one with a minimum input voltage of 4.2V and short-circuit protection, and the other with a minimum input voltage of 4.3V and current-limited protection. The TP4062 is designed to charge a Lithium-ion battery with a voltage range of from 3.7V to 4.2V. It provides precision voltage control, temperature monitoring, and LED indication. It provides a low dropout linear regulator and current limit features that provide complete protection for the battery from over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature conditions. The TP4062 is available in a SOT-23-6 RoHS package and is well suited for applications requiring high efficiency and low power consumption.
