The Extension Microelectronics TP4060 PMIC – Battery Management SOP-8 EP – 150mil RoHS is a highly integrated battery management PMIC integrated circuit with integrated MOSFET. It is designed for charging and maintaining a single cell lithium ion or lithium polymer battery in a wide range of applications. It also has an automatic sleep mode for low power standby mode. The device offers a wide input voltage range from 4.2V to 6.3V and a maximum current of 1A. It is provided in an SOP-8 EP – 150mil RoHS package for low profile PC board mounting. It requires no external components and provides accurate monitoring and parameterization with fast and efficient operation.
