M38510/75503BRA(NSC)

The M38510/75503BRA(NSC) is a high performance IC (integrated circuit) designed and manufactured by E2v. It is a monolithic Mixed Signal Controller designed for use in applications such as automotive, industrial and consumer electronics. The IC incorporates 4Kbytes of high speed One Time Programmable (OTP) memory and various I/O peripherals, such as direct and indirect input ports, timer/counters, analog comparators and an integrator in one package. The internal architecture is based on a high performance 8-bit microcontroller core with an internal oscillator, enabling operation up to 20 MHz clock frequency.
