The 1N4001 with Diodes is a general purpose diode featuring a DO-41 type package, 50V/1A rating, and RoHS-compliant construction. Its voltage drop (Vf) is 1.1V @ 1A. It is a single-phase, silicon-based rectifier diode designed to operate in power electronic devices. An ideal choice for use in a wide range of medium-current applications, it has a highly reliable construction and is suitable for use with both analog and digital circuits. It also offers temperature requirements of -65°C to 150°C and is suitable for use in applications with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The 1N4001 is manufactured by Diofit and is widely available and economical.
