Additional Infomation About Product

The PT7M7809STEX is an advanced microprocessor Supervisory Circuit manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to provide an easy-to-use and low cost solution for monitoring microprocessor systems. The device is capable of monitoring multiple Vcc levels, as well as a reset output signal. It has two power supply pins that can be used to monitor the main system and additional subsystems. The circuit is able to detect an undervoltage condition when the supply voltage drops below its preset level and will initiate a reset output signal to reset the microprocessor and perform other related tasks. The device also features two watchdog timeouts that can be used to reset the processor in case of long-term system failures or low supply voltage conditions. The PT7M7809STEX is available in a small 4-pin SOT-23 package and is ideal for use in a wide variety of applications such as automotive, consumer, and industrial applications.
