The instrument can be used with an option on probes to include general purpose and air probes to enable the user to quickly and accurately measure different temperature requirements. These are connected via a simple lumberg plug. The FM35s protective rubber boot can prevent accidental damage if the instrument is dropped and is an essential part of any busy kitchen.
