Additional Infomation About Product

The 1N4006 is a general-purpose diode from DACO Semiconductor. It is an axial-leaded, through-hole component with a moderate power rating and a low forward voltage drop. This diode is used for a variety of applications, such as AC to DC rectification, protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) pulses, and voltage-regulated power supply circuits. The 1N4006 has a peak repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) of 600V, a continuous forward current (Io) of 1A, and a maximum surge current (Ism) of 30A. Its forward voltage drop is typically around 0.95V. This diode can withstand a temperature range of -65°C to +175°C.
