CIPOS™ Mini Intelligent Power Module
1. The 8 905 510 754 part of Infineon CIPOS™ Mini Intelligent Power Module is a package that combines a high power MOSFET and a small form-factor Smart Driver IC with several additional features for increasing system efficiency and simplifying design work.
2. The CIPOS™ Mini range of IPMs is optimized for motor control, consumer, appliance and industrial applications, featuring reduced size, improved thermal management and easier design integration.
3. The CIPOS™ Mini 8 905 510 754 Intelligent Power Module features an 8 x 9 mm Form Factor offering high power density up to 60W and the capability to control very high voltages up to 1650V using the patented InputVoltageGuard actively monitors the power supply voltage at the external pin of the PMOS logic FET.
4. It provides reliable protection against overvoltage and short-circuit, thermal shutdown and open-load protection. It also offers auto restart after thermal shutdown and diagnostic for a system self-test.
5. The CIPOS™ Mini 8 905 510 754 Intelligent Power Module also has a programmable Eco-Mode, which reduces the power dissipation during stand-by and low load conditions.
6. The module can be controlled through a PMOS FET under PWM or On/Off control, either through its external pins, or indirect through its 8 bit digital interface.
7. The CIPOS™ Mini 8 905 510 754 Intelligent Power Module is pin compatible with all Infineon CIPOS™ IPM Families and is fully RoHS compliant.
8. The module is available with a range of current ratings and package types, with custom designs possible by varying external components.
