The COS5532MR is a low-noise amplifier (LNA) designed to operate in the 800-2500 MHz frequency range. It is manufactured by COSINE and is housed in an 8-pin MSOP package compliant with the RoHS directive. The package offers excellent shielding and low-loss performance along with low power consumption. The device exhibits excellent linearity, with its single-ended input taken common mode and a maximum input third-order input intercept point (IIP3) of 51 dBmtyp. The COS5532MR also offers excellent noise figure performance, providing NFmin of 2.9 dB, even at the lowest operating frequency of 800 MHz. Low noise and high linearity make the COS5532MR an ideal choice for high-quality applications requiring both low current consumption and excellent gain and signal quality.
