The CMS1628 with LED Drivers SOP-28 RoHS manufactured by Cmsemicon is an LED driver IC designed to provide simple solutions for powering and controlling basic LED characteristics. It features an integrated Constant Current Mode (CCM) and Thermal Fold-Back (TFB) protection, enabling the control of one to four LED strings with up to a 20V output voltage.
