WM1824 w 24-bit 192kHz Stereo DAC with 2Vrms Ground Referenced Line Output DESCRIPTION FEATURES High performance stereo DAC with ground referenced line The WM1824 is a stereo DAC with integral charge pump. driver This provides 2Vrms line driver outputs using a single 3.3V Audio Performance power supply rail. 106dB SNR (A-weighted) The device features ground-referenced outputs and the use -89dB THD -1dBFS of a DC servo to eliminate the need for line driving coupling 120dB mute attenuation capacitors and effectively eliminate power on pops and All common sample rates from 8kHz to 192kHz supported clicks. Hardware control mode 2 Data formats: LJ, I S The device is controlled and configured via a hardware Maximum 1mV DC offset on Line Outputs control interface. Pop/Click suppressed Power Up/Down Sequencer The device supports all common audio sampling rates AVDD, LINEVDD and DBVDD can operate at +3.3V 10% between 8kHz and 192kHz using all common MCLK fs allowing single supply rates. The audio interface operates in slave mode. 24-lead QFN package Operating temperature range: -40C to 85C The WM1824 has a 3.3V tolerant digital interface, allowing logic up to 3.3V to be connected. APPLICATIONS The device is available in a 24-pin QFN.
