BD137 is a NPN transistor manufactured by CDIL (Continental Device India Limited). It is a TO-126 package transistor, used in low power amplifier and switching applications. It has a beta gain of around 110 and a collector-emitter voltage of 80V. It is useful in switching circuit applications and output stages of low frequency amplifiers. The maximum power of the transistor is 350mW and the maximum collector current is 800mA.
