The BCT2028EUK25-TR is a Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT-23-5 RoHS manufactured by BROADCHIP. It is a five-pin surface-mount regulator that works with an operating input voltage range of 1.1V to 9V and a maximum output current of 100mA. It features excellent line/load regulation, low noise, and fast transient response. The BCT2028EUK25-TR also has a built-in power compensation loop to enhance stability, making it well-suited for applications such as general-purpose power supplies and portable equipment. It also features short-circuit protection and a thermal shutdown to protect the device from current surges and overheating. Additionally, the BCT2028EUK25-TR is RoHS compliant and is lead-free (Pb-free).
